Fortified Wine

Many producers around the world produce fortified wines in a variety of styles and flavours. A more recent addition to the world of drinks than Port or Sherry. These drinks are often flavoured with spices like ginger. Of particular note are the Australian winemakers whose innovation and experimentation have led them to create wines similar to the classic Portuguese and Spanish styles.
