Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava has a bright pale straw colour with a steady stream of fine bubbles. It has fruity and floral aromas, with notes of baked bread and pastries. To taste, it has pronounced crisp apple flavours with a great balance between ripe fruit and delicate acidity. It is produced from a blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes which are fermented separately before blending, bottling and ageing for over 15 months. |
