Uncle Nearest 1884 is a small batch whiskey. It comes from barrels hand selected by its founders and is meticulously crafted by fifth generation master blender, Victoria Eady Butler. She is the great-great-granddaughter of Nathan 'Nearest' Green.
Rripe aromas on the nose, with notes of toasted wood and honey. On the palate, there's a lighter bodied spirit with touches of vanilla and brown butter with a light burn on the back palate. The finish is crisp, light and dry.
