Light gold in colour. Toki is a blend of whiskies from Suntory's Hakashu, Yamazaki and Chita distilleries. On the nose you get hints of basil, green apple and honey. Add a splash of water, and on the palate you get notes of grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme. A subtle, sweet and spicy finish, with touches of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger. Toki means 'time' in Japanese. |
