Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante DOC is pressed from white glera grapes and hails from the region of Veneto in Italy. The intense sparkle and bubbles are the result of a longer fermentation process undergone by grapes. On the nose, you get subtle hints of fruit, citrus, apple, slightly minerality and smokiness. Extra dry and clean on the palate, it's juicy, with a distinct note of acidity.
