Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, in the glass Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has fine, light bubbles and the delicate Chardonnay grapes give it an instantly recognisable golden yellow colour. On the palate, it develops a fresh, supple roundedness. A champagne that can be sipped on its own, but it also pairs well with many haute cuisine dishes.
