Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a blend crafted using exclusively the Chardonnay grape. A persistent stream of fine, light bubbles and an easily recognisable golden yellow colour from the delicate Chardonnay grapes. An intense fruity nose, with particularly ripe citrus notes. On the palate, it develops a fresh, supple roundedness. The blend draws on grapes primarily from Premiers Crus from the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Wines from Sezanne bring maturity and Vesle valley wines add a light freshness. |
