Red Squirrel Gingernut Liqueur is a versatile liqueur that should find a home in any drinks cabinet. A blend of ginger, herbs and citrus peels, fortified with Scottish potato vodka and sweetened with both agave nectar and natural stevia plant extracts. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, sipped neat or over ice, mixed in cocktails or a long drink with soda, lemonade or even ginger ale. Unlike many liqueurs, using alternative sweeteners to sugar makes this a low-calorie liqueur.
