Caipirinha: Cut one lime into 8 pieces and place in a glass, add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar cane, press out with a pestle, fill up with crushed ice, add 5cl of PITU; stir and serve immediately.
In Brazil PITU is often added to fruit juices and served as an exotic long drink. |
