Originally estalished as a family winery in 1859. The Morris family are craftsmen in the blending, ageing and creating creating world-class fortified wine, passed down from generation to generation. This has created the foundations for them to truly master the creation of extraordinary flavour Australian single malt whisky. 

The unique and distinctive Morris whisky flavour is derived from unrivalled access to fortified wine barrels for finishing the whisky, barrels that have once held the world's most highly awarded fortified wines.

Combining decades of tradition, heritage and the ancient fortified casks worked using contemporary techniques, all come together to create each unique Morris whisky.
