Ingredients:
10ml Redcurrant Jelly
25ml Clementine Juice
75ml Laurent Perrier Rose Brut NV Champagne
Add all the ingredients except the champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice. SHAKE vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass. Then top up with the Laurent Perrier Rose NV Champagne. Garnish with a sprig of redcurrant on the rim of the glass.

A twist on the classic mimosa sees redcurrant jelly and clementine juice shaken and topped with Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
