Mimosa

Ingredients:
40ml Orange Juice
4ml Grand Marnier
110ml Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut NV Champagne
First add the orange juice to the champagne flute. Add the orange cognac liqueur and finish with champagne. Stir and serve.

A classic cocktail from 1925, created at the Ritz Hotel, Paris. It is named after the tropical flowering shrub. The conbination of champagne, orange juice and the orange cognac liqueur produces a similar colour to the Mimosa's sensitive yellow blooms.
