Ingredients:
50ml Torres 10 Gran Reserva Imperial Brandy
150ml Britvic Ginger Ale - The Spicy One
4ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Pour the brandy into the glass. Top up with ginger ale and add two dashes of aromatic bitters (optional) and STIR. Peel a lemon zest twist and spiral over the edge of the glass.

The original recipe for this highball cocktail was non-alcoholic and consisted of lemon peel, ice and ginger ale. Circa 1910, bourbon was added as the alcoholic drink of choice. Other spirits were also used, of which brandy is now one of the most popular.
