Grasshopper

The Grasshopper cocktail is a delightful blend of mint and chocolate flavors, offering a creamy and refreshing experience. This classic drink, with its vibrant green hue, has been a favorite since its creation in the early 20th century.
 

Preparation:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add 25ml of peppermint green, 25ml of white crème de cacao, and 25ml of fresh cream.
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate or a mint leaf for an added touch of elegance.

Background:

A drink with a creamy, minty flavour. A great after-dinner drink. We do not think you will embarass yourself and leap like a grasshopper after drinking this cocktail, though there is always a first!
