Gin Cobbler

Ingredients:
50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
12.50ml Luxardo Maraschino Originale
5ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
12.50ml Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
Gin Cobbler is a classic cocktail that harmoniously blends the botanical essence of gin with the sweetness of maraschino liqueur and the tropical notes of pineapple juice. This refreshing beverage, traditionally served over crushed ice, is perfect for warm-weather gatherings or as a delightful aperitif.
 

Preparation:

  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add 50ml of Gin, 12.5ml of Maraschino Liqueur, 2.5ml of fresh pineapple juice, and 12.5ml of Sugar Cane Syrup to the glass.
  3. Stir thoroughly to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice, a pineapple wedge on the rim, and a sprig of mint on top.
