Ingredients:
100ml Croft Pink Port
125ml Laurent Perrier La Cuvee Brut NV Champagne
17.50ml Cointreau
4ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
The Bubbles & Pink cocktail is a delightful fusion of vibrant flavours and effervescent charm, perfect for any celebratory occasion.
 

Instructions:

  1. Chill a Champagne flute in the refrigerator or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
  2. Once chilled, pour 100ml of Croft Pink Port into the flute.
  3. Add 17.5ml of Cointreau to the glass.
  4. Introduce 4ml of Angostura Aromatic Bitters to the mix.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients without disturbing the bubbles.
  6. Top up the mixture with 125ml of Champagne.
  7. Garnish with a lemon twist on the rim for an added touch of elegance.
