Broadway

Broadway is a cocktail that combines the flavours of bourbon, apricot brandy, and orange juice, with a hint of pastis for added depth.

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour in 50ml of Bourbon Whisky.
3. Add 25ml of Apricot Brandy Liqueur.
4. Introduce 25ml of freshly squeezed orange juice to the mix.
5. Add 5ml of Pastis.
6. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
7. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
8. Garnish with a maraschino cherry for an added touch of elegance.
