Ingredients:
37.50ml Pampero Blanco Rum
18.75ml Archers Peach Schnapps
37.50ml pineapple juice
25ml Lime Juice Cordial
10ml Mint Leaves (Fresh)
12.50ml Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
Add all the ingredients with a 12oz scoop of ice into a blender. BLEND and serve in a chilled cocktail glass with two short straws. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim with a cherry attached above it with a cocktail stick. Finish with a couple of mint leaves in the middle of the glass.
