Ingredients:
25ml Pisang Ambon Liqueur
25ml Baileys Irish Cream
18.75ml Absente Absinthe (55%)
Absinthe Without Leave is a visually captivating layered shot that artfully combines the bold flavours of absinthe, cream liqueur, and Pisang Ambon liqueur. This intriguing cocktail offers a unique taste experience, making it a standout choice for adventurous drinkers.

Instructions:
  1. Refrigerate all ingredients prior to preparation to ensure optimal layering.
  2. Use a chilled shot glass to enhance the visual appeal and maintain the temperature of the drink.
  3. Pour 18.75ml of Absente Absinthe into the shot glass as the base layer.
  4. Using the back of a bar spoon, gently layer 25ml of Baileys Irish Cream over the absinthe to create the middle layer.
  5. Carefully float 25ml of Pisang Ambon Liqueur over the cream liqueur using the same spoon technique to form the top layer.
