McQueen And The Violet Fog is an interesting gin, handcrafted in the hills of Jundiai, Brazil. It's distilled with 21 botanicals gathered from all over the world, including six signature botanicals, that are rarely found in gin - basil, rosemary, fennel seed, calamansi, star anise and acai. It's a complex, subtle, and incredibly smooth spirit. In production, they use two distillation techniques, maceration and vapor infusion, to create McQueen, making small batches of just 500 litres at a time! They don't make much liquid, but what they do make, they make sure it's damn good. |
