La Hechicera

La Hechicera, Spanish for "Enchantress" and pronounced "etch-ee-seh-ra" is a rum from Colombia, the most bio-diverse nation in the world, with a rich and varied culture. The rum is aged for 12 to 21 years in a solera system using American white oak casks.

La Hechicera describes itself as an "unpolished" rum, meaning it does not use any additives or sugar, and the smoothness and flavour derive entirely from the wood it has matured in.
