Kaiken Reserva Malbec is a deep violet colour. A warm bouquet, bringing notes of ripe fruit, a little tobacco and butterscotch. A real intensity on the palate with powerful, velvety tannins, a rich plum flavour and a long, lingering finish. The name Kaiken is taken from a type of wild goose from Patagonia which migrates across The Andes between Argentina and Chile. This challenging journey mirrored the path taken to the winery's opening in 2000, and provided inspiration along the way. |
