Ruby red in colour. It's made by soaking lightly crushed Danish cherries together with a blend of spices, in neutral grain spirits. The mixture is then cask matured for up to five years. Sugar is added during the ageing process. Cherry Heering is used in many cocktail recipes wherever cherry brandy is required. It has a rich flavour that adds depth to a number of drinks.
