Glenfarclas

The Glenfarclas Distillery was built in 1836, part of Rechlerich Farm in the heart of Speyside. In 1865, John Grant purchased the distillery as part of his tenancy agreement for the farm and it is still the Grant family, now in its sixth generation, who continue to operate the Distillery to this day.

Glenfarclas remains a relatively small business, but their commitment to quality and tradition earned them the prestigious honour of Distiller of the Year in 2006 for 'being consistently good and staying true to its core values'.
