Flor De Cana 130th Anniversary Edition Rum has been created in celebration of Flor de Caña's 130th anniversary. A special rum bottled at 90 proof, crafted under the careful attention of the Maestro Ronero (master rum-maker), Tomas Cano. With over 35 years of service, Tomas has been perfecting the art of making exquisite rums. He and his team hand selected 20 year old small bourbon barrels from the Family Reserve. These barrels had been ageing gracefully at the base of Nicaragua's most active volcano, without having added any artificial ingredients or sugar.
The result is a deep amber colour rum with aromas of vanilla, hazelnut and caramel. A swirl on the palate, reveals further notes of walnut, dark chocolate, hints of caramel, honey and more vanilla.
The bottles comes presented in a purple branded box.
