Firefly Moonshine is 100.7 proof spirit, just the right number to release the true flavours of the raw corn whiskey. It starts with a popcorn-like nose, almost buttery. White Lightning is surprisingly silky. Spicy yet flavourful, underpinned by its corn origins but mellowed out with a glazing of sugar.
