Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur is a sweet and fruity concoction created from the classic Edinburgh Gin. Fresh raspberries are sourced from a family-owned farm in Blairgowrie where they are picked at their peak of ripeness to ensure the perfect balance of sweetness and natural tartness. The fruit is macerated in Edinburgh Gin with sugar for a whole month to extract as much flavour as possible. The resulting liqueur is a perfect compliment to Champagne creating a novel variant on the Kir Royale. |
