Dingle La Le Bride Single Malt Irish Whisky is the second release of limited edition cask finishes from Dingle Disillery. Lá Le Bríde is triple distilled before being matured in first-fill bourbon casks, followed by a long maturation in rye casks. This release is limited to just 10,000 bottles.
Aroma: Honey, raspberries, custard cream and bourbon biscuits and butterscotch caramel.
Palate: An explosion of spice, mixed herbs, caramel and hints of ginger.
Finish: Toffee melting on the tongue followed by spiced fruit.
