Dalmore Vintage 2008 Bottled 2023 has been patiently aged in American white oak, ex-Bourbon casks. It's then further aged in hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. It has an all natural colour and is non-chill filtered. Each limited release in the Vintage Collection is carefully crafted, finely balanced and bring together the very finest casks from one specific year.
Aroma: Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper
Palate: Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas
Finish: Vanilla cream, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and light cinnamon warmth
