Copperhead Black Batch welcomes you to the dark side of gin. Copperhead Gin's original offering is distilled using five botanicals: juniper, cardamom, coriander, angelica and orange peel. Black batch brings a further two botanicals into the blend: elderberries, used for centuries in folk medicines, and black Ceylon tea. The additional elderberries in the Black Batch add a juicy sweetness to this gin which is balanced superbly with the more bitter notes of the tea. The recommended serve is to use a small amount of elderberry cordial to rinse ice cubes in a glass before preparing a Gin & Tonic Presented in the same stylish alchemical-style flask as Copperhead's original gin, but with a striking matte black finish instead. |
