Chase Distillery is the creation of William Chase, a Herefordshire farmer with 20 years experience in growing potatoes. With growing price pressure from supermarkets hurting his farming business, Chase needed to change direction. In 2002 he was struck with the idea to produce crisps allowing him to remain in farming and make a great product, this was to become "Tyrells" crisps. With the growth of this business, Chase decided the next step, one that would be far more fun, would be to produce a potato vodka.
Four years of work later, Chase Distillery was born. With a focus on innovation, the vodka production quickly expanded to gins and liqueurs. |
