Brooklyn Gin is a craft spirit from New York distilled using fresh hand-cut citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. This hand crafted process releases essential oils to produce a more vibrant gin than other distillers using frozen or dried ingredients. It takes three days to produce one batch of 300 bottles. Brooklyn Gin is a fresh, complex, flavourful gin, designed to be good enough to drink on its own, but also to pair exceptionally with the great American tradition of the cocktail hour. |
