Bollinger is undoubtedly one of the greats of the champagne world. A true grande marque with a very proud tradition dating back to the 15th century, when the de Villermont family first purchased vineyards in Cuis, on the Cote des Blancs.

The champagne house owns some of the most prime vineyards around Ay on the Montagne de Reims and these supply over two thirds of its needs, allowing Bollinger to ensure an enviable continuity of style and quality.

Founded in 1829 by Joseph Bollinger, the business continued to expand and in 1865 he became one of the first merchants to ship champagne to England. When it comes to champagne we think James Bond has got it right!
