Ayala Rose has an appealing pale rose colour, with a delicate pink hue. On the nose, it shows great charm with generosity, openness and attractive aromas of red berries. Strawberries, raspberries and vine peaches come to mind. In the mouth, it is light whilst at the same time being expressive. A wine with great freshness on the palate, that comes from the high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend. There are end notes of gooseberries and raspberries, followed by a lengthy and voluptuous finish. A truly elegant champagne that always ask for asks for another serving.
