The first ever zero dosage (no added sugar) rosé available in the market. In the glass it has an attractive pinkish hue with a hint of copper and a delicate mousse. The nose is lively with heavy yeasty notes and hints of morello cherries and wild strawberries. This cuvee is made from 55% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir with an addition of still red wine (Pinot Noir) from Mareuil sur Aÿ. This cuvée is presented without any "dosage".
