Adnams

Adnams has long been known for their brewing of beer, having been established as a brewery in Southwold since 1872. Distillation is a more recent addition to their operations, having opened their Copper House Distillery in 2010.

The distillery is the most energy-efficient in the UK, with water and steam from the distillation process going on to be used in the brewery. The grain used is grown in fields just a few miles from the distillery, allowing full control of production from grain to bottle.
